Bio: That the firm shall be under the management of Ma. Michelle Abastillas as General Manager and such she shall charge of the management of the affairs of the partnership.
To purchase or otherwise acquire, and to deal in, distribute, sell retail, import and export, or otherwise dispose of medicines, drugs, chemicals, extracts, pharmaceuticals, preparation and druggists, sundries of every description, and medical supplies and equipment and supplies and equipment, including but not limited to hospital equipment and supplies, physician and hospital supplies and appurtenances and all articles or materials necessary or useful in connection therewith.
To buy, import, trade, or otherwise deal in, at wholesale or retail, prepare and sell all kinds of drugs, chemicals, medicines, and other medical equipments and in this connection to act as representatives of foreign pharmaceuticals firms in exploring and developing domestic market for medical products and equipment. In connection with its business, to apply for, obtain, register, purchase, lease or otherwise acquire, and to hold, use, formulas, secret processes, distinctive marks, improvements, processes, trade names, trademarks, copyrights, patents, licenses, concessions and the like, whether used in connection with or secured under patent of or issued by any country or authority.
Interests: To engage in the business of selling general merchandise of all kinds, such as textiles, beauty products, clothes, bags, belts, shoes, toys, school supplies, groceries, dry goods, wearing apparels and all other wares and any kind of merchandise either retail or wholesale, to carry on such business as importer of such goods and to acquire such goods, as shall be necessary and expedient, in conducting the business of the partnership.
To engage in general construction and other allied business including the constructing, enlarging, repairing, removing, developing or otherwise engaging in any work upon buildings, roads, highways, manufacturing plants, bridges, airfields, piers, docks, mines, shafts, waterworks, railroads, railways structures, all iron, wood, masonry and earth construction, and to make execute, bid for and take or receive any contracts or assignments of contract therefore, or in relation thereto, or connected therewith; and the doing and performing of any and all acts and things necessary, proper or convenient for and incidental to the furtherance and or/ implementation of the purposes therein mentioned.
